Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse to lead and oversee the nursing team, ensuring compliance with DOH regulations and maintaining high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, support staff development, and promote quality and safety standards. JCI awareness is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the nursing team in daily clinical operations
• Ensure compliance with DOH policies, standards, and licensing requirements
• Monitor and maintain quality, patient safety, and infection control practices
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance evaluation for nursing staff
• Coordinate with management and other departments to improve care delivery
• Assist with audits, inspections, and accreditation preparation
• Promote best practices aligned with JCI standards (preferred)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• Valid Nursing License (as per DOH requirements)
