We are expanding and building disciplined, high-performance clinics with premium hospitality and strong revenue ownership.

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Clinic Manager who will be the primary face of the clinic and lead daily front-of-house operations.

This role requires full-time presence at the reception area during operational hours. The Manager will personally greet clients, oversee consultations, monitor revenue performance, and ensure seamless clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Front-of-House Leadership (Primary Responsibility)

• Be physically stationed at reception during clinic hours
• Personally meet and greet clients
• Monitor client flow, wait time, and service experience
• Oversee consultation allocation and billing process
• Ensure rebooking, referrals, and Google review requests are executed

Revenue & Conversion Management

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
• Track walk-ins, 3D consultations, and conversion percentage
• Monitor new vs repeat client footfall
• Drive package closures and product sales
• Track missed opportunities (no-shows, consultation non-conversions)

Team Management

• Supervise doctors, therapists, and front desk staff
• Conduct daily morning huddles
• Ensure SOP adherence and service standards
• Coach team on communication and client conversion

Operations & Reporting

• Ensure accurate CRM (Zenoti) entries and billing
• Monitor daily collections and reconciliation
• Track inventory and product movement
• Maintain hygiene and premium clinic standards
• Share daily and weekly performance reports with leadership

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 years experience in clinic management, salon operations, aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or premium service environment
• Strong client-facing personality
• Comfortable handling daily sales targets and numbers
• Confident in managing a team
• Process-driven and disciplined

Salary & Benefits

• Fixed salary up to ₹50,000 per month
