Clinic Manager (Female)

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow, manage staff, maintain service quality, and deliver excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise clinic operations and staff performance
• Ensure patient satisfaction and service quality
• Manage appointments, inventory, and billing processes
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and counsellors
• Achieve monthly operational and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Graduate with 2+ years of experience in clinic or healthcare management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
