Role Overview:

Responsible for managing daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth patient flow, and driving sales and revenue through effective patient communication and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee front-desk, scheduling, and patient coordination.

• Explain treatment plans and support patient conversions.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

• Handle billing, reports, and inventory.

• Maintain clinic hygiene, SOPs, and equipment.

• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training.

• Ensure excellent patient experience and handle feedback.

• Follow up with leads and promote high-value treatments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Clinical counseling: 1 year (Required)
