Position Title: Clinic Partnership Manager

Role Purpose
The Clinic Partnership Manager will lead the development, expansion, and management of Privilege Club's nationwide network of dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, clinics, and healthcare partners.
The role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, activating, and retaining clinic partners while ensuring strong engagement, consultation growth, and long-term collaboration. The position serves as the primary relationship owner for healthcare partners and supervises regional field representatives supporting clinic engagement across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development
- Develop and execute the clinic partnership growth strategy.
- Identify and onboard dermatologists, aesthetic physicians, and partner clinics.
- Build a strong nationwide network of participating skincare providers.
- Expand geographic coverage in priority markets.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for clinic partners.
- Maintain regular engagement with doctors and clinic management.
- Resolve partnership-related issues and strengthen partner satisfaction.
- Ensure high partner retention and long-term collaboration.
Partner Activation & Growth
- Drive consultation bookings through partner clinics.
- Develop clinic activation campaigns and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate product and membership awareness activities with partner clinics.
- Monitor clinic performance and participation levels.
Medical Representative Supervision
- Provide leadership and oversight to regional Medical Representatives.
- Monitor field visit plans, doctor meetings, and clinic engagement activities.
- Review performance reports and field intelligence.
- Ensure standardized onboarding and relationship management practices nationwide.
Industry Engagement
- Represent Privilege Club at medical conferences, healthcare exhibitions, and industry events.
- Build relationships with professional associations and dermatologists and aestheticians.
- Support the establishment and engagement of the Clinical Advisory Board for privilege club.
Performance & Reporting
- Maintain clinic pipeline and onboarding dashboards.
- Track clinic activation rates and consultation volumes.
- Produce regular partnership performance reports.
- Recommend growth opportunities and partnership enhancements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, pharmaceutical sales, medical business development, clinic management, or healthcare relationship management.
- Experience managing field teams is highly desirable.
- Strong network within dermatology, aesthetics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sectors is an advantage.
