Job Description

Carewell Medical Center is hiring a professional and experienced Clinic Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure excellent patient service in a dermatology/aesthetic clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients professionally
• Manage appointments, bookings, and follow-ups
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, and inquiries
• Maintain patient records and clinic system
• Process billing and payments
• Coordinate with doctors and staff for smooth operations
• Provide information about treatments and services

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years experience in medical or aesthetic clinic
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Knowledge of clinic software & MS Office
• Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus)
• Presentable and well-organized
• Ability to work under pressure
• Female candidates only (as per employer requirement)
