Job Specifics

Location: Hybrid - Remote/On-site. Occasional on-site work required after successful orientation. Candidate must reside in Wisconsin.
Hours: Full Time or Part Time opportunity available. Varying FTE.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours shifts. Between 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM., with 2 days off per two week pay period. No weekend or holidays!

Job Description:

Emplify Health by Bellin is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cervical Cancer Screening Team. This position supports cervical cancer screening efforts through patient outreach, health maintenance updates, and clinic education appointments. RNs in this role will complete MyChart and phone outreach to patients and help support preventive and care initiatives, serving as a Patient Navigator through the care pathways of cervical health.

The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures. The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.

This position is eligible for remote work after three to six months of successful on-site employment and onboarding. The role will be more than 50% remote following orientation, with occasional on-site work required.

Qualifications:

  • WI RN license required.
  • Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • At least 3 years of RN experience preferred
