Job Summary:

Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Admin to join our team in Peachtree Corners, GA. As a Clinical Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities:

• Assist the Clinical Director in managing daily operations, including scheduling, billing, and record-keeping

• Provide administrative support to the therapy team, including data collection, report writing, and communication with families and insurance companies

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including client files, treatment plans, and billing documents

• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure smooth operation of services and effective communication with clients and families

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures

• Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the success of the organization

Requirements:

• 0+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or education setting

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, healthcare administration) is an asset

• RBT certified is a plus

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
