Under general supervision, this position greets visitor and staff, answers all incoming calls and routes all calls and visitors appropriately. This position is responsible for providing general clerical support to faculty of Division of Pediatric Neurology as assigned. Position Requirements:
Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Four (4) years progressive secretarial experience. Must: (1) type 50-60 words per minute accurately; (2) demonstrate proficiency in a Windows environment; (3) be knowledgeable of basic math & bookkeeping skills; (4) possess exceptional telephone & customer service skills; (5) have experience in scheduling patients, making appointments for patients with other departments/ physicians preferred.
