As a(n) Clinical Advisor Tx Design you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

The ideal candidate is a licensed DDS/DMD with a robust clinical background in orthodontics and digital treatment planning. This role calls for a proactive, results-oriented professional who thrives in collaborative environments and is deeply committed to delivering outstanding clinical support. The Clinical Advisor will work closely with dental setup and digital processing technicians, ensuring high-quality treatment outcomes across assigned regions. The candidate will also engage directly with clinicians, responding to inquiries and ensuring all communications are documented with clarity, professionalism, and clinical accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide clinical support through a ticket system to those who need assistance on their assigned cases, ensuring timely, clear, and clinically sound recommendations to promote optimal treatment outcomes and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by participating in doctor calls and responding promptly to clinical inquiries via email. Ensure all communications are documented with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share the clinical perspective in meetings, escalations, and improvement efforts, making sure processes align with clinical standards and support patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to effectively address and resolve doctor’s complaints, ensuring timely and thorough responses. Coordinate with appropriate subject matter experts to guarantee accurate and comprehensive resolution of customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide clinical support to the Training Team:
    • Review and provide input on training material and documentation to assure clinical accuracy and relevance.
    • Develop training material upon request.
    • Participate in training when requested.
  • Proactively communicate the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and offer feedback to improve products, protocols, and customer satisfaction.
  • Propose ideas for procedures, protocols, and processes to improve our service and customer satisfaction, and overall product improvements.
  • Lead or contribute to assigned initiatives.
  • Promptly escalate clinical or technical concerns to the appropriate team

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Accredited as a DDS/DMD is required. Incorporated/Active into Colegio de Cirujanos Dentistas de Costa Rica.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in an orthodontic clinical environment or as a setup technician is required.
  • Enthusiastic about providing excellent support & service, always customer centric.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.
  • Experience in training dentists and orthodontists is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish C1, any other language is a plus (French, German, Italian)

AND

  • In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
  • Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Certification or formal training in Orthodontics or Dental Esthetics is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively and systematically troubleshoot and qualify issues.
  • Customer-focused and committed to delivering outstanding support and service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Resilient, energetic, straightforward, and performance-driven personality.
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of integrity and commitment.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible 1 day per week (additional days upon request)
  • Centro Coorporativo El Cafetal. La Asuncion, Belen, Heredia.
