Role Overview
The Clinical AI Developer builds and improves the intelligence layer of DIME, turning medical knowledge and real-world data into tools that support clinical decisions. This role sits at the intersection of medicine, data, and engineering, working on systems that help doctors make better, safer decisions with full patient context.

Clinical Intelligence Development

Develop AI-driven features for clinical decision support (CDSS)

Translate medical knowledge into structured, usable logic and models

Build systems for differential diagnosis, risk scoring, and clinical recommendations
Data & Model Development

Work with structured and unstructured clinical data

Train, evaluate, and refine machine learning models

Ensure models are accurate, explainable, and clinically relevant
Integration with Product

Integrate AI outputs into the clinical workflow within the platform

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure usability and performance

Support real-time and asynchronous AI use cases
Validation & Safety

Validate AI outputs with clinical reasoning and evidence-based guidelines

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy

Ensure safe usage of AI in clinical environments
Requirements
Requirements

Background in Computer Science, AI, Biomedical Engineering, or related field

3–6+ years experience in AI/ML development

Strong programming skills (Python preferred)

Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar)

Understanding of data structures and model evaluation techniques

Exposure to clinical workflows or healthcare data

Experience working with medical datasets, guidelines, or ontologies

Familiarity with clinical decision support systems (CDSS)

Understanding of medical standards (ICD, SNOMED, LOINC)
