Key areas of responsibility: • Manage Distributor Sales and Application force performance with the support of the Regional Director in his / her territory. • Support and advise surgeons on the use of our products; Participate to Key account surgeries as defined by Regional Director. • Establish, develop and maintain KOL relationships within the territory. • Realizes set sales budget by managing/expanding sales contacts, following-up quotations, special requests and tenders. • Reports regularly on activities and performances. • Gather, analyze and share all relevant information on markets development, competition, customers and products in his territory. • Identify risk/opportunities in the market and propose /execute strategies and action plans to manage them. • Prepare, attend and follow up on key congresses. • Responsible that all DORC activities are in compliance with local legislation. • Ensure distributor compliance with DORC’s: - distributor guidelines and general conduct requirements - product knowledge, marketing initiatives and product launches - application support and after sales services processes • Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs product registrations, product reporting or recall activities.
Education: • Bachelor Degree (or equivalent ability) in related field (Business). • MedTech Engineer or Nurse will be a plus. Experience: • 8 – 10 Years of working experience in a related field. • Experience working in the Operating Room. • Experience in the surgical environment (Ophthalmology is big plus). • Experience in sales and managing indirect sales channel is desired.
