Job: Clinical Application Specialist (Application Analyst)

Location: Hybrid - Onsite at least once a week (4 times a month) in Rochester, MN

Contract: 6 months

Rate: $50-$65/hr W2, dependent on skills and qualifications

Overview:

We are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist with a strong background in Rauland Nurse Call systems to fill a critical Application Analyst gap. This role requires a blend of clinical experience, technical understanding, and strong communication skills to support and optimize Rauland workflows in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between clinical staff and technical teams to ensure Rauland systems meet operational needs.
• Apply knowledge of Rauland CSR (Customer Service Representative) requirements to support system functionality and user experience.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership, including Charge Nurses, Chief Nursing Officers (CNO), and Chief Strategy Officers (CSO), to align system workflows with clinical practices.
• Understand and support Rauland Nurse Call workflows and configurations.
• Provide training, troubleshooting, and documentation as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience as a CSR or in a sales role with knowledge of Rauland CSR requirements.
• Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Hands-on experience with Rauland Nurse Call systems.
• Strong communication skills, especially when working with nursing management and leadership.
• Solid understanding of Rauland system workflows and clinical integration.

Preferred Skills:

• Rauland certifications.
• Experience in healthcare IT or clinical informatics.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
