Job Title : Clinical Application Specialist (CAS)
Locations: Ahmedabad , Gujarat west
Experience: 14 years experience in medical devices / cardiology / EP / Cath lab setting.
Overview:
Provide expert technical/product support and training to physicians, EP lab staff, technicians, and administrators on the Companys catheter, mapping, and ablation systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist during EP / Cath lab interventions using Company products.

- Drive sales opportunities and meet territory business goals. - Train and advise hospital staff on device usage.

• Build and nurture relationships with surgeons, nurses, EP staff, and hospital administration.
• Stay current on product IFUs, clinical literature, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to customer queries via phone/email in high-pressure settings.
• Manage territory admin tasks: CRM updates, stakeholder mapping, account documentation, expense reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory, safety & environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors in engineering (Bio, Biomedical, or related), B.Sc. in Cardiovascular Technology, Cardiac Care Technology, Cardiac catheterization technology, Cardiac technology.
• Experience with product launches or working with key opinion leaders is advantageous.
• Comfortable with complex technical systems and procedural environments.

Strong communication, autonomous working, critical thinking under pressure.

• Team-oriented, receptive to feedback, and eager to learn.
