Job Description

The Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) drives clinical excellence across the Hospital & Ambulatory (Cardiology) Monitoring (H&AM) portfolio in North Africa. The role ensures safe and effective product adoption, strengthens strategic customer partnerships, and actively enables the H&AM commercial team to achieve its business targets through strong clinical value positioning and engagement.


Your role:

Commercial Enablement & Pre-Sales Support

  • Deliver high-impact clinical demonstrations and value-based presentations

  • Support tender submissions with clinical compliance and differentiation

  • Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and roadshows / tradeshows

Post-Sales Clinical Implementation

  • Lead structured end-user clinical training (basic & advanced)

  • Support go-live activities and ensure smooth clinical adoption

  • Generate demand through a proactive clinical selling approach in the forms of upselling, upgrading, offering attachments, systems replacement and offering clinical services to our end customers.

Clinical Excellence & Strategic Customer Partnership

  • Ensure safe, compliant, and effective use of monitoring solutions

  • Address and escalate clinical application issues in a timely manner

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across ICU, OR, NICU, OB, and cardiology settings

You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related healthcare field (Required).

  • 3–5 years of clinical application or medical device experience.

  • Experience in patient monitoring preferred.

  • Strong understanding of hospital and cardiology clinical workflows.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (Required) / French is considered an advantage.

  • Strong communication skills and demonstrates a customer‑first mindset.

  • Willingness to travel 40% across North-Africa.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
