We are looking for an associate dentist who understands that individual success is the result of great teamwork. WE ARE A PRIVATE PRACTICE WITH ONE OWNER.

Dr. David Ahearn is the founder and owner of Perfect Smiles. He is a nationally recognized innovator in the dental industry. His passion for improving dental systems and methods is something he eagerly shares with the community and our practices on a day-to-day basis.

Dr. Ahearn is also founder and CEO of Design Ergonomics, the leader in high-performance dental office equipment, design, and training. This continues to be a tremendous & unique advantage for us by constantly providing us with advanced technology and systems.

He’s known throughout North America for his life’s work teaching others how to perform dentistry more efficiently.

He has and will continue to make an impact in the dental industry, but most importantly, he leads our mission to create a comfortable, secure, and safe environment for both our patients and our team members.

We start off our day with an organized morning huddle, a plan, clarity (and maybe a few high fives!) - all helping to eliminate the day's stress and make the day more enjoyable.

You can expect to have a 4 day work week, consistent schedules, great benefits including matching retirement and health deductibles paid, and to get out on time because we have scheduled correctly with an under 10 minute patient wait time.
