Clinical Athletic Trainer (LAT) - Orthopedic Clinic

Job Specifics:

• Location: 1970 S Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304
• Hours: 40 hours/week
• FTE Status: 1.0 FTE, Full-Time
• Work Schedule: Will be working Monday – Friday, time will vary between 7:30am – 5:30pm

Job Description:

• Provide clinical athletic training service for Bellin Health clinics under the direction of a designated Sports Medicine Family Practice Physician.

• Educate patients, student-athletes and public on health, wellness, prevention and treatment of injuries, along with the delivery of treatment of rehabilitation and clinical athletic trainer services, under the rules and regulations of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), and the state governing board.

• Possess skills needed to deliver patient-centered care as members of an interdisciplinary team, emphasizing evidence-based practice, quality improvement approaches, healthcare informatics and professionalism.
• This position will be supporting the Foot and Ankle team within the Orthopedic Clinic at Titletown Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
• This position will require travel that is dependent on outreach clinic responsibilities, but Titletown will be the majority of the work location.

Qualifications:

• Wisconsin Athletic Trainer license required.
• Board of Certification (BOC) certified required.
