Clinical Coordinator (CC) (Full-time, 40 hours) Exempt

The Clinical Coordinator will provide support for individuals, youth, and families impacted by or at elevated risk for community violence through trauma-informed crisis response, aftercare, service coordination, and resource navigation. Provides stabilization support, grief and family assistance, practical referrals, and linkage to behavioral health and community-based services to promote safety, healing, and long-term stability. This role will also support in ensuring MHTS program quality and strengthening department partnerships. The Clinical Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring services are trauma-informed, client-centered, and culturally responsive. This position will work closely with the Manager of School-Based Mentorship and Manager of Mobile Mental Health to ensure smooth coordination and quality programming.
