Tedford is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to assist with compliance and quality assurance of the TCM services delivered by our Case Management team and to support shelter staff in meeting the complex mental health and behavioral needs of our guests.

Based in Brunswick and serving Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Cumberland and Androscoggin counties, Tedford has relocated its shelter programs and administration to a newly expanded facility. This is a 24-hour a week, non-benefitted position with an hourly rate of $32 per hour. Work hours are 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm three days a week during the regular work week.
The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the compliance with MaineCare funded TCM services including:
Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator will also be expected to provide clinically-focused supervision and training for other agency support staff including:
The Clinical Coordinator will also play an integral role in responding to escalations both in shelter and at the warming center during work hours. The Clinical Coordinator should be familiar with local crisis services and will support guests in connecting with these services as appropriate.
