Clinical Coordinator - Fertility Clinics

The Clinical Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for patients undergoing active fertility treatment cycles at our IVF clinic. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every patient feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout their journey. The Coordinator will manage patient communication, provide timely updates, and facilitate coordination between doctors, nurses, embryologists, and other team members to ensure smooth treatment flow. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and empathetic professional with prior experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles.

Qualifications: ● A degree in BHMS, or BAMS is mandatory. ● A MBA in Healthcare would be preferred ● Previous experience of 4 years or more in a patient-facing role, preferably in healthcare or fertility services. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients. ● Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. ● Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a passion for women's health. ● Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
