• The Licensed Clinical Practitioner (LCSW, LMHC or LMFT) in the role of Clinical Coordinator is responsible for the oversight of behavioral health services for adults diagnosed with psychiatric illness, substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders.
• This position covers 2 locations, Bradenton and Punta Gorda on a rotating schedule.
• Must be a FL Licensed.
• Two years of experience as a social worker, supervisory experience preferred.
• EMR/HER Electronic Medical Record experience preferred.
