Overview:
The Clinical Coordinator (RN) supports the Nurse Manager in leading daily operations and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care on a designated unit. This role combines clinical leadership, staffing coordination, and administrative oversight to ensure safe, efficient, and outcomes-driven care delivery.

Coordinate daily staffing and support real-time operational needs of the unit

Assist in the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care

Monitor and respond to patient acuity, quality metrics, and care trends

Provide clinical leadership and promote evidence-based nursing practice

Support staff development, coaching, and performance evaluations in collaboration with the Nurse Manager

Partner with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient throughput and outcomes

Address and follow up on unit-based issues and patient care concerns

Serve as Nurse Manager/Director designee as needed
Qualifications:

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida

Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required; candidates actively enrolled in an MSN program will be considered

National nursing certification required within six (6) months of hire

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in the relevant clinical specialty

Demonstrated autonomous and accountable nursing practice with application of patient outcomes management principles

Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence adoption of evidence-based practice

Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes

Active RN license in the State of Florida (required)
