Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that well prepared nutritious food is served in the hospital. Develop diet chart appropriate as per medical needs.
  • To meet patients and gather information on their dietary habits on admission and discharge.
  • Get familiarized with the cause of hospitalization and medical history of the patient.
  • To educate the patient on the dietary requirements as per his / her condition or as per orders of Consultant / Doctor.
  • Identifying nutrition problems and assessing the nutritional status of patients in a clinical setting.
  • Developing diet plans and counseling patients on special diet modifications.
  • Follow Departmental Protocols / Procedures.

Qualification:

  • Degree in nutritional science with minimum 2 years experience in hospital.
  • Ability to converse in local language, Hindi and English
  • Work Location: Kompally
