We are looking for a highly ambitious, commercially driven dietitian who wants to grow fast and build something meaningful.

Your Core Responsibilities

You will lead the integration of advanced diagnostics into real-world nutrition programs:

• Interpret and apply:
• Blood tests & biomarkers
• DNA / genetic testing
• Microbiome analysis
• Food intolerance testing
• Convert clinical insights into:
• Highly personalized meal plans
• Structured health programs (weight loss, metabolic health, performance)
• Build end-to-end client journeys based on data

Commercial & Growth Responsibilities (VERY IMPORTANT)

This is not just a clinical role — you are expected to drive results:

• Convert consultations into paid programs and packages
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Retain clients through:
• Measurable results
• Continuous engagement
• Attract new clients by:
• Delivering outcomes
• Building trust and referrals

If you cannot sell, you will not succeed in this role.

Digital & Innovation Role

• Work directly with founders to:
• Build scalable digital nutrition systems
• Create workflows for multi-location operations
• Contribute ideas for app/platform development
• Help translate clinical expertise into digital products

Compensation

• QAR 8,000 – 12,000
• Performance-based incentives (linked to sales + retention)

Location

• Must be locally based (Qatar)
