Clinical Dietitian & Digital Nutrition Innovator

We are seeking a highly driven Clinical Dietitian & Digital Nutrition Innovator to join our subsidiary, Diet Delights. This role goes beyond traditional dietetics, combining clinical expertise with commercial responsibility and digital innovation. The successful candidate will leverage advanced diagnostics to deliver personalized nutrition programs, drive client results, and contribute to building scalable, data-driven health solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply advanced diagnostics, including blood biomarkers, DNA/genetic testing, microbiome analysis, and food intolerance testing
• Develop highly personalized, evidence-based nutrition plans and structured health programs (e.g., weight management, metabolic health, performance)
• Build and manage end-to-end client journeys, ensuring continuous engagement and measurable outcomes
• Monitor client progress and adjust programs based on data and results
• Convert consultations into paid programs and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Drive client retention through effective follow-ups, engagement, and outcome delivery
• Collaborate with founders to develop scalable digital nutrition systems and workflows
• Contribute to digital product development, including apps, platforms, and automated programs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum of 7 years’ proven experience in clinical, functional, or personalized nutrition.
• Strong knowledge of advanced diagnostics, including blood biomarkers, DNA/genetic testing, microbiome, and food intolerance analysis
• Comfortable working in a target-based environment with accountability for performance
• Interest or experience in digital health, platforms, or scalable service models
• Strong communication, consultation, and client engagement skills
