Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Job Description:
Clinic Director & Licensed Physical Therapist (40 hrs/week)
Location: 100 Community Drive, Waynesboro, VA 22980
Competitive Salary: $90,000–$110,000/year (based on experience, hours, certifications, and more).

How to be successful in this role:
Growth mindset
Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Passion for mentoring and developing teammates
