We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Educator II to support our ambulatory medical specialty clinics and clinical research service lines. This part-time role is essential in sustaining high-quality clinical education, onboarding, and professional development across our outpatient settings.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring continuity of education and competency support while maintaining our approved staffing benchmarks.

Lead and coordinate clinical education programs for ambulatory specialty clinics and research teams

Support new employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency validation

Develop and facilitate preceptor training, including Preceptor Foundations

Coordinate and teach life support and certification courses, including:

BLS (Basic Life Support)

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
-
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

STABLE Program

Partner with clinical leaders to support evidence-based practice initiatives and quality improvement efforts

Provide education and mentorship for students and staff, fostering professional growth and development

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards for clinical education

Support both credentialed and non-credentialed training programs
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Experience: 4 years related experience

Licenses/Certifications: RN Licensure in the State of Practice and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
