Position Summary

The Clinical Educator is responsible for delivering comprehensive training and education to employees and customers on Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products, applications, and technologies. This role ensures best clinical practices and optimal patient outcomes through effective utilization of our solutions, supporting sustained therapy education and product adoption. Acting as a trusted clinical resource and brand ambassador, the Clinical Educator promotes Fisher & Paykel Healthcare’s purpose and exemplifies our core values—Relationships, Commitment, Life, Originality, and Internationalism—in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Fisher & Paykel Healthcare (FPH) with professionalism at all times, consistently exceeding industry standards and expectations.

Conduct educational seminars to promote FPH products by educating clinicians on product applications, benefits, and best practices.

Ensure the clinical community understands FPH’s proprietary technologies and how our products differentiate from competitors.

Support the sales team with post-sales education, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution to ensure correct equipment use, drive consumable sales, and maintain customer satisfaction.

Key Opinion Leader (KOL) Development & Engagement: Identify, nurture, and collaborate with KOLs to drive therapy and clinical adoption.

Nursing Society Collaboration: Build partnerships with nursing associations to enhance education, training, and protocol dissemination for respiratory therapies.

Protocol Alignment: Adapt and align practices with recognized respiratory therapy guidelines to ensure consistent implementation.

Utilize operational tools and resources (products, car, phone, laptop) efficiently and in a timely manner.

Attend regular planning meetings to ensure all educational events are well-researched and executed.

Provide published clinical literature to the sales team upon request.

Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed on relevant clinical research and publications.

Consistently promote and uphold FPH policies, culture, values, and purpose.

Identify and undertake personal development training as appropriate.

Provide ongoing support to the education administration team.

Be willing to travel nationally for up to 24 weeks per year to deliver education and upport initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Corporate experience in healthcare facilitation and training
• Relevant clinical / industry experience - preferably in respiratory
• Knowledge of markets and clinical
• Demonstrated skills in standard computer applications including Microsoft
• Current India Driver's Licence
