Job Description – Center Head (Dental Clinic)

Position: Center Head
Location: As per clinic allocation
Reporting To: Regional / Operations Manager

Role Overview

Center Head clinic ke overall operations, patient experience, team management aur revenue performance ke liye responsible hoga/hogi. Is role mein clinical understanding ke saath strong leadership aur operational skills zaroori hain.

Key Responsibilities

1. Clinic Operations

• Daily clinic operations ka smooth functioning ensure karna
• Appointments, patient flow aur chair utilization manage karna
• SOPs, hygiene protocols aur compliance maintain karna

2. Team Management

• Dentists, assistants, front desk aur support staff ko lead aur guide karna
• Team scheduling, attendance aur productivity monitor karna
• Staff training aur performance feedback dena

3. Patient Experience

• High-quality patient service aur satisfaction ensure karna
• Patient complaints aur escalations handle karna
• Ethical treatment planning aur transparent communication promote karna

4. Revenue & Business Management

• Monthly targets achieve karna (revenue, collections, conversions)
• Treatment acceptance aur billing accuracy monitor karna
• Local marketing activities aur referral generation support karna

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Daily / weekly MIS reports submit karna
• HO, regional team aur doctors ke saath coordination
• Inventory, consumables aur equipment management

Required Qualifications & Skills

• BDS / MDS (preferred)
• Dental clinic operations ka experience (2–5 years preferred)
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Basic understanding of P&L, billing aur clinic KPIs
• Patient-centric aur solution-oriented approach

Preferred Profile

• Currently working as Center Head / Clinic Manager / Senior Dentist with leadership exposure
• Experience in chain clinics or multi-chair setup is an advantage
