Job Opportunity
As we continue expanding our dealership in the automobile sector, we are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager / Accounting Group Manager to lead our finance and accounting operations. The role involves managing accounting across all dealerships, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and providing strategic financial guidance to support our growth

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team across multiple dealership branches.
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Consolidate accounting data and reports from all branches into group financials.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Coordinate and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies.
• Optimize cash flow, working capital, and banking transactions.
• Attract, train, and retain talented accounting staff capable of handling multi-location operations.
• Support audits, financial reviews, and travel periodically to branch locations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting experience in automobile industry.
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multi-location operations and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
