Job Summary:
As part of the Professional Services team, the Clinical Implementation Consultant is responsible for delivering quality services and solutions to customers by understanding customer needs and effectively managing the implementation of CareCloud products and the delivery of clinical consulting and training.
This position is responsible for Clinical Discovery (Virtual & Onsite), Workflow Definition/Analysis, Clinical Configuration, Clinical Template Build, Clinical Training Delivery (Virtual & Onsite), Client Management, Clinical Consulting, and Go‐Live Support (Virtual & Onsite).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Experience working in patient care or revenue cycle in either the ambulatory or acute care setting.
- Hands‐on experience implementing and training PM/EMR systems.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and an ability to interact face to face with clinical staff to document & analyze practice‐specific workflows.
- Strong aptitude in MIPS/MACRA and its impact on provider documentation and patient outcomes.
- Self‐motivated with the ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Flourishes in a fast‐paced, high‐pressure, and fluid environment, while maintaining an ability to effectively prioritize customer demands.
- Excellent presentation skills; must be comfortable presenting in front of both executives and end users.
- Ability to influence courses of action with diplomacy and tact when others are directly accountable for outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a matrix environment, strong problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
