Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Clinical Implementation Consultant to support the successful implementation of healthcare IT solutions. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare technology, client success, and delivering high-quality clinical workflows that enhance operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Clinical Discovery sessions, conduct workflow analysis, and define implementation requirements.
- Perform clinical system configuration, template building, and customization based on client needs.
- Deliver comprehensive clinical training sessions and provide Go-Live support.
- Manage client communication and expectations in a professional and consultative manner.
- Collaborate effectively with onshore and offshore (US-based) teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Handle sensitive client communications with discretion and confidentiality.
- Follow internal workflows and recommend process improvements for better efficiency.
- Provide timely and professional responses to client inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medice, Surgery, or Pharmacy or related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Clinical Implementation, EHR/EMR systems, or Healthcare IT.
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with US healthcare clients is preferred.
