3rd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Schedule: PRN | Occasional Weekends | No On-Call
Status: Non-Exempt | Onsite

Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you’ll perform essential diagnostic testing to support high-quality patient care. In this role, you’ll be responsible for accuracy, compliance, and reliability in moderate to high complexity laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic testing and quality controls

• Prepare reagents and report results per policy and procedure

• Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing

• Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications

• Maintain lab equipment and supplies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Certification & Licensure

• Required: Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License

Education

• Required: Associate’s in Medical Technology or related field

• Preferred: Bachelor’s in a related field

Experience

• Required: Clinical laboratory experience

• Minimum: 4 months of experience in area of specialization
