Shift: Nights | 8:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Weekend Work: Every Other Weekend

Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I , you will support high‑quality diagnostic services by performing and overseeing laboratory testing while ensuring compliance with established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures
• Reviewing and overseeing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing
• Monitoring and maintaining laboratory computer applications
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supply inventory
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Technology OR a related field

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience

• Clinical laboratory experience required
• Minimum of four (4) months of Clinical Laboratory Scientist experience

Licensure / Certification

Required:

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
