Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Weekend Work: Every Other Weekend

Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist II , you will play a vital role in delivering accurate, high‑quality diagnostic testing while supporting laboratory operations and team development.

Key responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Preparing reagents and reporting results according to established policies and procedures
• Performing moderate to high complexity laboratory testing
• Maintaining laboratory computer applications
• Maintaining laboratory equipment and supply inventory
• Assisting with training and orientation of testing personnel
• Evaluating staff competencies
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required:

• Associate’s degree in Medical Technology OR a related field

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Experience

• (2) Years of Clinical laboratory experience required

Licensure / Certification

Required:

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License
