Clinical Manager (Female Only)

We are urgently hiring a dynamic and experienced Clinical manager to join our team at a leading aesthetic clinic in Kochi. The ideal candidate must have 2 years of work experience in Medical sites like Hospitals/ Clinic as a Manager/ Senior Manager.

• Good understanding of Aesthetics, sales, market analysis and concept.
• Good Communication, Negotiation, Managerial and Leadership skill.
• Desire to work in a fast - paced, entrepreneurial environment. Should be a fast learner and ready to work on any modules.
• Management of staffs and doctors for smooth functioning of the clinic.
• Coordinating with marketing departments for increasing patient footfall.
• Counselling patients for various treatment plans/ packages as recommended by doctors.
• Training of new/old staff in case of any upgradation of process flow.
• Handle patient enquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Overseeing the clinic's budget, billing systems and inventory management including ordering supplies and equipment and handling patient payments.
• Ensuring the clinic adheres to all relevant healthcare regulations and policies including patient privacy and safety.
• Working to enhance the patient experience, including communication, feedback and addressing patient concerns.
• Contributing to the clinic's overall strategic plan, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
