We are looking for a target-driven Clinical Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. This is a high-impact role combining clinical expertise with commercial acumen, focused on driving revenue growth, supporting lead closure, and working closely with distributors and sales teams to achieve business targets. You will be directly involved in the conversion of clinical opportunities into sales, building value-based messaging, and enabling distributors to successfully close deals.
Responsibilities:

Converting the qualified leads into closed sales, partnering directly with the sales team and distributors.

Intensely follow up with prospects through various channels, including email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls.

Participate in customer meetings and clinical discussions to address objections, present data, and influence buying decisions.

Collaborate with local and regional distributors to ensure they are equipped with clinical knowledge, tools, and messaging to close sales effectively.

Conduct regular distributor training and field visits to support key opportunities.

Monitor distributor performance and provide strategic clinical input to accelerate pipeline movement.

Own and deliver on KPIs related to lead conversion, deal closure rate, and clinical engagement metrics.

Identify and prioritize high-potential opportunities based on clinical need and revenue impact.

Work with the sales team to track progress against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.
