Marketing Manager – Medical Clinic

About Us:

We are a growing medical clinic offering gyne , IVF, Pedo,dental, dermatology, slimming, and beauty therapy services. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies, build patient engagement, and grow our clinic’s brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital + offline) to attract new patients.

Manage social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google reviews).

Plan promotions, partnerships, and community outreach.

Coordinate with call center and reception for campaign follow-ups.

Monitor ROI of campaigns, patient leads, and conversions.

Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer collaborations.

Report directly to clinic management with growth strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Proven experience in healthcare, clinic, or beauty industry marketing.

Strong skills in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads).

Excellent communication (Arabic + English preferred).

Creativity and ability to work under target-based systems.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 5,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience).

Performance bonuses based on targets.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
