About the Role

Trax Diagnostics & Research Laboratory is expanding its footprint across India in the field of transplant immunology, molecular diagnostics, and advanced clinical testing. We are building a “Clinical Marketing” vertical that bridges medical science with strategic outreach.

The Clinical Marketing Executive will act as a scientific communicator, clinician-facing representative, and product champion, driving awareness and adoption of our niche diagnostic tests.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Communication

  • Present scientific information about tests like dd-cfDNA, HLA typing, TTV VL, Luminex-based assays, dPCR assays, molecular panels, etc.
  • Conduct CMEs, scientific sessions, hospital rounds, and clinician interactions.
  • Support the sales team with evidence-based clinical content.

Marketing Support

  • Design or coordinate creation of scientific brochures, presentations, and product notes.
  • Work with the marketing team on digital campaigns, hospital activations, and educational content.

Product Training

  • Receive mandatory internal training on all Trax tests and platforms.
  • Assist in training sales teams, customer service teams, and channel partners.

Market Understanding

  • Collect clinician feedback and insights from hospitals and labs.
  • Track competitor offerings, new clinical guidelines, and diagnostic innovations.

Operations Support (as needed)

  • Coordinate sample workflows with clinicians and internal teams.
  • Support onboarding of new hospitals and transplant programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification:
  • MBBS, BDS, BSc/MSc Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Medical Laboratory Sciences, or related healthcare sciences.
  • Experience:
  • 0–3 years in clinical marketing, medical affairs, laboratory marketing, diagnostics, or pharma marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Strong scientific understanding
  • Confident communication
  • Ability to present clinical and scientific data
  • Willingness to travel
  • Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with clinicians
