Clinical Medical Scribe

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Medical Scribe to work directly with a physician in completing VA Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of medical conditions, disease processes, and clinical documentation.

As a scribe, you will play a critical role in assisting the physician with evidence gathering, documentation, and organization of medical records to support accurate and thorough evaluations.

Duties

• Assist the physician in gathering and organizing clinical evidence for VA Compensation and Pension exams
• Document patient histories, exam findings
• Review and summarize medical records and supporting documentation
• Ensure accurate, thorough, and efficient completion of reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
