Clinical Microbiologist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microbiologist to join our client in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and a passion for research and development. As a Microbiologist, you will be responsible for conducting experiments, analyzing data, and developing new products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct experiments and analyze data to identify and characterize microorganisms
• Develop and optimize microbiological processes for the production of new products
• Perform quality control tests to ensure product safety and efficacy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in microbiology
• Write reports and present findings to management and other stakeholders
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all experiments and results
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols in the laboratory

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting
• Must have a valid medical license to practice
• Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures
• Experience with microbial isolation, identification, and characterization
• Familiarity with quality control procedures and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Experience with biotechnology and/or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
