UPMC Western Behavioral Health in partnership with Westmoreland County are excited to open our new Westmoreland County Crisis Walk-In facility and are looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team! Westmoreland County Crisis is a 24/7 facility providing support and care to individuals experiencing self-identified crisis through resources, respite, and referrals to mental health treatment and other providers.
As Clinical Nurse Manager you will provide administration of the nursing unit, clinical care staff and processes involved with the facility.
Responsibilities:
RN Required.
BSN or Masters degree in nursing, psychology, social work, education or equivalent.
Masters preferred.
One-year relevant clinical experience in psychiatric setting.
Experience in family, group and individual therapy and previous management experience preferred.
Must be 21 years of age.
On call responsibilities may be present.
Must be able to work overtime as required by the Business Unit WBH.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:
Current licensure to practice within that profession is required. CPR required based on AHA standards that include both a didactic and skills demonstration component within 30 days of hire
