Clinical Performance Manager - Pediatrics Setup

Job Summary

The Pediatrics Clinical Performance Manager is responsible for overseeing the clinical performance in a Clinic and School Setting. The manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.

Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical practices and documentation.

Supervise, mentor, and support clinical staff - Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapist and Physiotherapist.

Coordinate staff training and professional development programs.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in pediatric clinical settings, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

Current OT, PT or ST license or relevant clinical certification preferred.
