Job Summary:

The Practice Manager/Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring seamless patient care, smooth staff performance, and operational efficiency. The role involves managing reception and nursing staff, handling patient complaints, maintaining the clinic environment, and improving financial performance. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to lead a team while contributing to clinic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure exceptional patient care.
• Prepare staff schedules (reception and nursing) and handle leave requests.
• Handle patient complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure proper training and assessment of new staff.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and equipment functionality.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports on patient statistics and clinic performance.
• Drive initiatives to enhance clinic revenue and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and vendors for operational needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in healthcare or clinic management is a plus.
• Knowledge of administrative and patient management protocols.
