Warehouse Supervisor

JD Logistics is looking for an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing warehouse processes and a strong understanding of regulations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with JAFZA regulations and company SOPs.
• Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity, ensuring high operational standards.
• Coordinate with logistics partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Enforce health and safety standards across all warehouse activities.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role within logistics/supply chain.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices.
• Good communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts as required.
