Compounding Pharmacist (Cosmetic Focus)Job Description:

A Compounding Pharmacist is responsible for preparing personalized medications by mixing, combining, or altering ingredients to meet the specific needs of a patient or client. In the context of cosmetic products, the pharmacist formulates creams, ointments, gels, and other skincare preparations based on dermatological or aesthetic requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate custom cosmetic creams based on prescribed formulations or client/patient needs.
  • Prepare dermatological compounds, such as anti-aging creams, pigmentation treatments, acne formulations, and moisturizing creams.
  • Ensure accurate weighing, measuring, and mixing of active pharmaceutical and cosmetic ingredients.
  • Collaborate with dermatologists, plastic surgeons, or skincare professionals to develop tailored skin treatments.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical compounding standards and cosmetic regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for each formulation and batch.
  • Monitor stability and shelf life of cosmetic compounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Cosmetic and skincare : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Compounding Pharmacist (Cosmetic Focus): 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • Arabic or Tagalog (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • DHA (Preferred)
