Description:


The Clinical Coordinator for Ambulatory Pharmacy provides clinical pharmacy services to patients and providers and serves as a liaison to establish and maintain relationships with prescribers. Collaborates with healthcare providers to develop and implement clinical pharmacy programs to improve patient compliance and healthcare outcomes. Partners with all stakeholders to onboard new therapies. Estimated salary range for this position is $129932.84 - $168912.69 / year depending on experience.

Qualifications:


Degrees:
  • Doctorate.
Licenses & Certifications:
  • Registered Pharmacist.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Either completion of an ASHP accredited pharmacy practice residency and certification (e.
  • g.
  • BCPS, CSP, BCACP, fellowship) OR certification (e.
  • g.
  • BCPS, CSP, BCACP, fellowship) and 6 years of experience in the field.
  • Florida Consultant Licensure within 3 months of hire.
  • Ability to develop and direct pharmacy operational, clinical, and educational programs.
  • Knowledge of specialty and rare disease medications preferred.
  • Knowledge of home infusion, outpatient infusion, specialty pharmacy, mail order, and/or general pharmacy operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphic or presentation software.
Minimum Required Experience: 6 Years
