Clinical Program Manager

Position Summary

The Clinical Program Manager for CarePoint Blue Sky Neurosciences (CPN) is responsible for the end-to-end execution of clinical initiatives within hybrid markets and telemedicine. S/he balances daily clinical operations with account management responsibilities, ensuring our clinical programs are scaled to deliver exceptional patient care while meeting the needs and goals of our partners, in both virtual and onsite clinical settings. The Clinical Program Manager collaborates with multiple levels of the internal CPN team and with external stakeholders to drive continuous qualityimprovement. This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Quality.

Our administrative and management staff provide a host of services, from operations support to legal services and everything in between, to support 600+ physicians and advanced practice providers in 11 different clinical settings. The nonclinical support our employees provide enable our clinical professionals, who work in dozens of emergency departments and hundreds of hospitals across the U.S., to remain laser-focused on what matters most — providing the highest level of care to patients each and every day.

This position is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of both remote and in-hospital work, accompanied by a base salary ranging $90-120k, a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and work-life balance. This role is primarily remote, with time spent traveling on-site to hospitals in Austin and San Antonio.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Operations and Program Oversight

● Direct day-to-day clinical operations for assigned clinical programs and customers to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

● Represent CPN as the clinical lead for new site implementations including pre-go live program discovery and relationship development, managing clinical aspects of implementations such as protocol alignment, customer readiness, and mock alerts, in collaboration with medical directors.

● Participate in new provider onboarding and monitoring of new provider success according to established key performance indicators (KPIs).

● Develop and implement standardized protocols, workflows, and care pathways in collaboration with CPN clinical leadership (CPN President, Executive Director of Quality, and Medical Directors).

Quality and Performance Improvement

● Monitor KPIs for assigned customer systems to evaluate program impact and efficacy.

● Conduct case review process acting as liaison between site clinical leadership and CPN physicians.

● Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives to address gaps in care or clinical workflows.

● Participate in CPN’s continuous readiness for Joint Commission accreditation.

Account Management and Customer Relationship Ownership

● Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.

● Represent CPN as the first line of customer engagement throughout the customer life cycle including pre-go live support and relationship management and development in collaboration with operational managers.

● Proactively identify customer needs and develop tailored clinical solutions and service offerings to enhance customer longevity and satisfaction.

● Upsell other service lines to existing customers when opportunities arise.

● Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs) with assigned customers to present performance data and discuss strategic growth.

Additional Responsibilities

● This is a hybrid work environment, per company policy.

● Occasional travel to customer sites for key meetings or go-lives.

● May require availability during evenings or weekends for issue resolution.

● Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education

● Bachelor’s degree required.

● Master’s degree preferred.

● Registered Nurse licensure required.

Experience

● Two or more years of hospital nursing experience required.

● Inpatient neurology, Neuro ICU, or ED nursing experience preferred.

● Two or more years of experience working in clinical operations or program management required.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

● Ability to lead and influence teams to ensure delivery of excellent services.

● Ability to apply systems thinking to complex clinical situations

● Ability to prioritize client needs and conduct root cause analysis for mutually satisfactory solutions

● Ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level leadership.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong proficiency with Google Suite.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
