Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic mental health team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychological services to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings. Your expertise will help individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics—navigate mental health challenges, develop coping strategies, and achieve their wellness goals. You will conduct assessments, deliver evidence-based therapies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing, to determine patient needs and treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral health interventions, and psychotherapy tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances.
• Manage crisis intervention situations with prompt, effective responses to ensure patient safety and stabilization.
• Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with diverse conditions including PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, addiction issues, disabilities, and mental health disorders across inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, including documentation of intake sessions, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals such as social workers, physicians, and educators to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
• Supervise junior staff or interns when applicable, providing mentorship and guidance in clinical best practices.
• Engage in ongoing research activities or clinical audits to enhance service quality and stay current with advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Valid licensure or certification as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience working with children, adolescents, adults, or geriatrics in clinical settings; school experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychotherapy, trauma-informed care (including PTSD), addiction counseling, and working with individuals with autism or disabilities.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, psychological testing, diagnostic evaluation, and behavioral health interventions.
• Experience delivering services via telehealth platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience managing medical records securely.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging patients of all ages and collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
