What You Will Do:
- Supervises day-to-day operations of the clinical trials management system accounts receivable team, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability

Cultivates a top-tier team by identifying skill gaps and facilitating targeted training in clinical trials management system navigation and advanced collections strategies

Oversees clinical research billing and collections processes to ensure timely revenue capture and optimal cash flow

Analyzes accounts receivable aging reports and clinical trials management system financial metrics to provide leadership with actionable data-driven insights, serving as a key advisor on fiscal health

Fosters collaborative relationships and seamless communication across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to synchronize financial reporting with clinical trial activities
What You Will Need:
Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 2 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Extensive background in the clinical research revenue cycle

Strong foundational understanding of clinical trial agreements

Experience with a major clinical trial management system (Clinical Conductor preferred)
